2026 Rates

Short Term Rates

Pull Thru Grass Site – $40 per night / $195 weekly

Pull Thru Concrete Site – $50 per night / $220 weekly

All sites have full hookups, including both 30 / 50 amp electric service

Long Term Rates

$450 – $550 per month

Electricity is metered and charged at only .14 cents per kWh for long-term stays.

When comparing park rates, make sure you ask about their electric rate as many parks in the area charge upwards of .18 per kWh or more, which can add a significant additional cost per month to your site. We do our best to hold down our electricity rates by entering long-term electricity agreements with our utility provider, and are able to pass those savings on to our guests.
